We started this nonprofit because we’ve seen firsthand the toll that trauma on the job can take on officers—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The very people tasked with protecting others often don’t receive the care they need, leading to burnout, fractured relationships, and struggles within their families. There’s also the reality of toxic elements in police culture—things like suppressing emotions, hyper-masculinity, and a lack of support for mental health—that make it harder for officers to heal and thrive.

By providing trauma resources, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and fostering camaraderie among fellow believers, we have created a space where officers can connect on a deeper level, finding strength in faith to confront their challenges and break down these barriers. It’s about empowering officers to not just serve better on the job, but to serve their families with compassion and integrity and lead healthier lives. Through this, we aim to transform police culture from the inside out, so officers can build partnerships and relationships with communities that extend beyond the borders of law and order.
